About the Role – Robotic Welding Operator
As a Robotic Welding Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring welding robots used for producing high-quality metal parts. You will ensure that the welding process runs smoothly and that all products meet quality standards. You will work mainly with steel, stainless steel, and aluminium components in small series and custom production.
What You Will Do
• Set up, operate, and monitor robotic welding machines
• Load and unload parts into the welding robot
• Check weld quality and finished products
• Adjust welding programs when needed (basic parameter changes)
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of the robot
• Read and work according to technical drawings
• Support continuous improvement of production processes

What we need
We are looking for motivated individuals who already has an experience in robot welding, but also eager to learn and develop.
What You Bring
• EU citizenship or a valid permanent work permit for the Netherlands
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a robotic welding operator or similar role
• Technical insight and experience working with welding robots
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Experience with steel, stainless steel, or aluminium is an advantage
• Willingness to work long-term (minimum 1 year)
• Quality-focused and safety-minded attitude
