About the function
As a Robot Welding Operator, you’ll control and optimise automated welding systems for high-quality stainless steel and other metal components. Your tasks will include programming setups, monitoring weld quality, making adjustments when necessary, and contributing ideas for greater efficiency and precision. You’ll work in a clean, modern, results-driven workshop that values your technical skill and initiative.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00–16:35; Friday until 12:30 — giving you a head start on your weekend.
Key Tasks
Set up and operate robotic welding systems to produce precise, consistent welds
Conduct quality inspections on completed welds and take corrective action when needed
Suggest and implement improvements to welding processes and workflows
Assist in metal-working tasks as required and support team goals
