Allround Welder – Relocate from Estonia
Are you a junior or medium-level welder with at least 2–3 years of experience and ready to work abroad? LabourLink is looking for motivated TIG/MIG/MAG Welders from Estonia to join professional Dutch workshops. We offer full relocation support, private housing, and stable work.

About the function
As a TIG/MIG/MAG Welder, you will be responsible for welding metal components according to technical drawings and quality standards. You will work with modern equipment in a structured production environment, where precision and safety are key.
We are specifically looking for junior and medium-level welders who already have solid hands-on experience and want to grow further in an international setting.
Please note that we can consider CV only in English language.
Key Tasks
Perform welding using TIG, MIG, and MAG methods
Read and interpret technical drawings
Check weld quality and measurements
Maintain a safe and organized workspace
Work together with production teams

What we need
✔ EU nationality (Estonian)
✔ 2–3 years of practical experience as a welder (Only Junior or medium level is welcome)
✔ Experience with TIG, MIG and MAG welding
✔ Able to read technical drawings
✔ Communicative English
✔ CV must be in English
✔ Willing to relocate to The Netherlands
