Forklift Operator – Schiphol Airport (Logistics & Air Cargo)
We are looking for certified or experienced forklift operators to join an international air cargo team at Schiphol Airport. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment and receive full relocation support — including a private bedroom in shared housing, provided by LabourLink.

About the function
As a Forklift Operator at Schiphol, you will be responsible for safely handling air freight in a busy warehouse. Your work is essential in making sure cargo arrives and departs on time. You’ll work with other logistics professionals in a secure, regulated environment near aircraft areas.
Daily activities include:
Loading and unloading cargo from trucks and air freight containers
Moving pallets and containers to designated zones using a forklift
Stacking goods and keeping storage areas organized
Scanning and labelling shipments
Preparing cargo for customs or further transport
Reporting damage or irregularities to the team leader
Following all safety and airport warehouse procedures
Work schedule:
Shifts: Morning (06:00–15:00), Evening (14:00–22:00), Night (22:00–06:00)
Workdays: Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
About the company
Our client is an international logistics provider based at Schiphol Airport. The warehouse handles high-volume, time-sensitive cargo in cooperation with customs and airlines. You will work in a structured team, with clear safety guidelines and support.
What we need
Valid forklift certificate (or willing to obtain via LabourLink – training included)
Previous experience using a forklift in a warehouse or logistics setting
English communication skills
Physically fit, reliable, and team-oriented
VGB clearance required (LabourLink arranges this before your start date)
