Job Coach
As a Job Coach at LabourLink, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting our flex employees on a daily basis. You ensure good performance, high motivation, and a positive working experience for our employees in the Netherlands. About the function
As a Job Coach, you are responsible for the daily support and guidance of our flex employees working at client locations around Schiphol. You are their first point of contact and ensure that everything runs smoothly — both operationally and personally.
Your main tasks include:
✔ Daily kick-offs with employees at the workplace
✔ On-the-job coaching and performance guidance of flex workers
✔ Conducting absence interviews and supporting sickness processes
✔ Keeping attendance records and absence reports
✔ Planning holidays and leave in coordination with operations
✔ Supporting onboarding and introduction of new employees
✔ Being the point of contact for questions about work, living in the Netherlands and procedures
✔ Monitoring motivation, performance and well-being
✔ Supporting employees in adapting to Dutch work culture
✔ Maintaining correct administrative records
✔ Close cooperation with recruiters, planners and client supervisors

What we need
We are looking for someone who combines people skills with structure and responsibility.
You bring:
✔ Experience with temporary employment (uitzendbranche)
✔ Experience in coaching, team leadership or coordination
✔ Fluent in English (required), Dutch language is a strong plus;
✔ EU citizenship (required)
✔ Driving license B (required)
✔ Willingness to work on location around Schiphol
✔ SEU certificate is an advantage
✔ Knowledge of Dutch work processes is required
✔ Proactive, empathetic and solution-oriented attitude
