About the function
As a Job Coach, you will be the main point of contact and support for our employees working at our client companies. You’ll make sure they have a smooth start, feel supported, and perform well in their roles.
You’ll guide them through onboarding, answer their questions, help them adapt to work culture, and regularly check in on their performance and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
Provide onboarding support to new employees starting at client locations.
Be the first contact person for employees — answer daily questions and help solve issues.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to discuss performance, motivation, and needs.
Monitor attendance and work quality, and provide feedback to employees.
Cooperate closely with recruiters, coordinators, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
Support employees in adapting to Dutch work culture and company standards.
Help identify training or development needs.
Keep administrative records of meetings, performance, and actions taken.

Our clients handle the logistics of well-known international brands, and we take pride in the professionalism and reliability of our workforce.
What we need
Experience as a team leader, supervisor, or coordinator in logistics or production.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Good level of English
Empathy, patience, and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
Living in Amsterdam area is a big plus.
Driving license B is an advantage.
