About the function
Working with metal is what you will be doing every day. Your experience with welding is highly needed for this job. Welding, drilling, processing: everything that you do with the metal equipment is based on what you can. There is room to learn new techniques, but we trust you can get the job done.
For this job it is required that you are aware of all the different processes of metal production. You can read technical drawings, have a good eye to detail and are passionate about new techniques.
Part of your job is to do physical work, but you also work with your teammates. This means you talk about the best approach to get projects done. You also prepare machinery for colleagues, so they can do their work, and keep a close eye on quality control. Safety is an important element of your work. You want to keep a close eye on details, for both yourself and your colleagues.
