About the function
LabourLink offers an administrative job in an international department. Schiphol is an airport that handles thousands of cargo flights per year. The Import Office handles all the relevant paperwork. If you are looking for a challenging and exciting job, this vacancy is for you.
Working at the Import Office consists of two main tasks. The first concerns everything related to the administration of import cargo. Think of:
Checking paperwork
Maintaining SLA’s
Upholding international agreements and guidelines
The second part concerns all relevant communication, both internal and external. Think of:
Talking to drivers and checking their paperwork
Speaking to airlines and internal departments
Talking to international customers

What we need
You are suited for the role of Administrative Employee at the Import Office if you meet the following criteria:
Have resided or registered in The Netherlands for at least 8 years
Two years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the air freight industry
Excellent command in Dutch and English, both in writing and speaking
A MBO 3 diploma or similar college degree from abroad
