We are seeking skilled welding repair technicians with 2–3 years of experience from Romania for our job opportunities in the Netherlands. If you have a strong eye for quality, experience with welding repairs and rework, and take pride in delivering excellent results, we’d like to hear from you.
In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring that all welds produced by welding robots meet high quality standards. You will perform visual inspections, repair welding defects, and carry out additional metalworking tasks such as grinding.
You will carefully inspect welds, identify deviations, and actively contribute to process improvements. Close communication with the welding robot operator and production manager is essential to optimize production quality.
You will work with plate thicknesses from 2 to 5 mm in a professional and technical environment where precision and craftsmanship are highly valued.
