Ready to work hands-on at one of Europe’s busiest airports? LabourLink is looking for physically fit, reliable EU nationals with logistics experience to join our airfreight team at Schiphol.
You’ll handle international cargo — loading, unloading, and processing shipments — in a modern warehouse environment where teamwork keeps everything moving. Full training on Schiphol-specific processes is provided.

This position is ONLY open to EU nationals or candidates with a valid Dutch work permit. We do not provide visa or immigration sponsorship. Applications without EU work authorization will not be considered.
What you’ll do:
Process import shipments, load/unload cargo and aircraft, work with pallets, ULDs and containers, check cargo documents, and operate warehouse equipment.
Important: This is a physically demanding role. You must be comfortable lifting and carrying loads of 20–25 kg regularly throughout your shift.
You will work for a global air and travel services provider that operates at more than 127 airports worldwide and is part of the Emirates Group. The company runs a modern airfreight logistics center at Schiphol Airport and is known for its focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
