Are you an experienced Robot Welding Operator from Poland looking for a new opportunity abroad? Join modern manufacturing team of our client and work with advanced robotic welding systems in a stable, international environment. Function Description

As a Robot Welding Operator, you’ll control and optimise automated welding systems for high-quality stainless steel and other metal components. Your tasks will include programming setups, monitoring weld quality, making adjustments when necessary, and contributing ideas for greater efficiency and precision. You’ll work in a clean, modern, results-driven workshop that values your technical skill and initiative. 
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00–16:35; Friday until 12:30 — giving you a head start on your weekend. 

Key Tasks

  • Set up and operate robotic welding systems to produce precise, consistent welds

  • Conduct quality inspections on completed welds and take corrective action when needed

  • Suggest and implement improvements to welding processes and workflows

  • Assist in metal-working tasks as required and support team goals

Our client is a reputable company in the metal industry, specialising in logistics, assembly and quality assurance of metal structures and components. Located in Alphen aan den Rijn, the facility is modern, efficient and focused on innovation. Requirements

  • Experience with welding robots of minimum 1-2 years

  • Welding experience with manual welding also.

  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings

  • Responsible, detail-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude

  • Willingness to relocate from Lithuania to the Netherlands

Offer

  • Salary: 3300-3450 gross/month. 

  • Single private room in shared house.

  • Minimum 38 hrs work/week and Weekly payment

  • Full-time employment with a Dutch contract

  • Shared Company car or Travel allowance

  • Friendly, informal and international work environment

  • Long-term employment prospects: possibility of a permanent contract
