Summary

Ready to work hands-on at one of Europe’s busiest airports? LabourLink is looking for physically fit, reliable EU nationals with logistics experience to join our airfreight team at Schiphol.
You’ll handle international cargo — loading, unloading, and processing shipments — in a modern warehouse environment where teamwork keeps everything moving. Full training on Schiphol-specific processes is provided.

Function Description

This position is ONLY open to EU nationals or candidates with a valid Dutch work permit. We do not provide visa or immigration sponsorship. Applications without EU work authorization will not be considered.

What you’ll do:

Process import shipments, load/unload cargo and aircraft, work with pallets, ULDs and containers, check cargo documents, and operate warehouse equipment.

Important: This is a physically demanding role. You must be comfortable lifting and carrying loads of 20–25 kg regularly throughout your shift.

Requirements

EU nationality
Minimum 1 year of logistics experience
Full-time availability
Physical fitness — regular lifting of 20–25 kg
CV in English only accepted

Offer

€17.85 gross/hour including holiday allowance
Extra pay for late shifts, weekends and public holidays
Relocation support: private single room in a shared accommodation and personal guidance (no visa or immigration support provided)
Real path to a permanent contract for strong performers
Great facilities: canteen with free fruit, coffee, tea and hot meals
