Summary

We are hiring experienced CNC Machine Operators / Machine Operators for a stable long-term role in the Netherlands. This position is for candidates already eligible to work in the EU.
Important: No visa sponsorship or work permits provided. EU work authorization required.

Function Description

Operate CNC machines and support production to ensure high-quality output.

Key Tasks

  • Operating CNC machines and changing tools
  • Setting up and machining products
  • Basic operations: deburring, grinding, inspections
  • Measuring and quality checks
  • Recording production data
  • Packing and labeling products
  • Reporting issues to Team Leader

Client Description

Our client is a modern Dutch manufacturing company in Bergen, Netherlands specializing in machining and processing cast iron components for the automotive, truck, engine, and agricultural industries. The company supplies high-quality technical parts to well-known international clients and focuses on precision, innovation, and efficient production processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years CNC / machine operator experience
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • CNC machining experience (Fanuc is a plus)
  • Basic ISO programming knowledge (advantage)
  • Flexible to work in different shifts
  • Good English communication skills
  • Driving License

Offer

  • Salary: €2809.65 gross per month + 20% extra during irregular shifts
  • Single private room in shared accommodation
  • Min. 40 hours per week + shifts allowance
  • Long-term full-time contract and Weekly salary payment
