Ready to work hands-on at one of Europe’s busiest airports? LabourLink is looking for physically fit, reliable EU nationals with logistics experience to join our airfreight team at Schiphol.
You’ll handle international cargo — loading, unloading, and processing shipments — in a modern warehouse environment where teamwork keeps everything moving. Full training on Schiphol-specific processes is provided.

Function Description

LabourLink is recruiting experienced logistics workers for a dynamic warehouse role handling international airfreight.

Main responsibilities:

  • Handling cargo shipments for import/export
  • Loading and unloading freight containers
  • Scanning and checking cargo documents
  • Sorting shipments and preparing cargo for transport
  • Supporting warehouse operations and safety procedures

This role includes regular physical work and lifting up to 25 kg.

Requirements

  • EU nationality only
  • 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience
  • Good physical condition

  • Extra pay for late shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Relocation support: private single room in a shared accommodation and personal guidance (no visa or immigration support provided)
