Function Description

As a Welder Repair Specialist in our state-of-the-art robot welding department in the Netherlands, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and optimizing weld quality. Your expertise will help ensure the smooth operation of our technical production environment.

On a typical day, you’ll carry out detailed weld inspections, troubleshoot and repair both robotic and manual welding systems, and collaborate closely with production and engineering colleagues. Requirements

Pre-vocational secondary education (VMBO or equivalent)
1 to 2 years of experience in welding or repair roles
Eagerness to work with modern robotic welding equipment
Willingness to relocate from Finland to the Netherlands
Attention to detail and a strong focus on safety
Ability to work full-time (38 hours per week)
Good communication and teamwork skills
