Requirements

MBO working and thinking level
1 to 2 years of experience in TIG, MIG, or MAG welding
Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately
Strong commitment to safety and high-quality standards
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to relocate from Finland to the Netherlands
Junior career level welcome
