Function Description

Are you looking for a hands-on job in a stable and growing international company? As a Production Worker specializing in conveyor belts, you will play an essential role in manufacturing high-quality products for various industries worldwide. Your day will start in a clean and organized workshop, working Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30. You’ll cut, assemble, and finish conveyor belts using technical drawings and professional equipment. Expect to work with materials like rubber, PVC, PU, and use machines such as presses and cutting tools. You’ll also inspect products for quality, support repairs, and help keep the workshop safe and tidy. Teamwork, precision, and a proactive attitude are central to your daily routine.

Requirements

EU citizenship is required
Minimum 1 year of experience in production or technical work
Technical or vocational background (mechanical/industrial preferred)
Ability to read and follow technical instructions
Physically fit and comfortable with manual production tasks
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Ready for long-term employment (minimum 1 year commitment)
Valid Category B driving license
Experience with conveyor belts, rubber, or industrial production is a plus
