Requirements

Experience in assembly work or a technical background (1-10 years)
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions
Good English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
Reliability and a proactive, hands-on attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and willingness to adapt
Educational background: Pre-vocational secondary education, HAVO, Pre-university education, or MBO
Soft skills: Collaboration, independence, dealing with details, involvement, flexibility, and quality-focused mindset
