Job Coach

As a Job Coach, you'll play a vital role as the main point of contact and support for our employees who are placed at various client locations. You'll be responsible for making sure these employees have a smooth start, feel welcomed, and are able to perform well in their new roles. Your guidance will help them integrate into the workplace and adapt to different work cultures, especially for those working abroad.

On a typical day, you'll provide onboarding support to new starters, answer daily questions, and help solve any issues that arise. You'll conduct regular one-on-one meetings to check in on performance, motivation, and well-being. Monitoring attendance and work quality, you'll offer constructive feedback and keep detailed records of meetings and actions taken. Collaboration is key, so you'll work closely with recruiters, coordinators, and client representatives to ensure everyone is on the same page.
