Are you passionate about helping people thrive at work? Step into a dynamic Job Coach role, guiding international employees in the logistics sector. Support onboarding, performance, and well-being, while enjoying a stable, growth-oriented career with an international recruitment agency.
As a Job Coach, you play a crucial role in supporting employees who start their careers at our client companies in logistics and production. Your main goal is to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, helping them adapt quickly to their roles and workplace culture in the Netherlands. You’ll be the go-to person for questions, guidance, and support throughout their employment journey.
On a typical day, you’ll welcome new employees, guide them through onboarding, and check in with individuals through regular meetings. You’ll answer everyday questions, resolve workplace issues, and provide constructive feedback on attendance and work quality. By working closely with recruiters, coordinators, and client contacts, you ensure everyone is kept in the loop and employees get the support they need. You’ll also help identify training needs and keep detailed records of your interactions and actions taken.
If you enjoy working with people, have a background in logistics, team leadership, or supervision, and want to make a positive impact on others’ work lives, this is your chance! Apply now and help shape the careers of others while growing your own.
