Summary

Are you an experienced Assembly Technician with a strong mechanical background and basic knowledge of electrical systems?

We are looking for an Assembly Technician to join a young and growing technical company in Alphen aan den Rijn. In this role, you will work on the assembly, installation, adjustment and inspection of machines and complex technical systems.

If you have at least 3 years of relevant experience, can read technical drawings and enjoy working on varied technical projects, this could be your next opportunity in the Netherlands.

Function Description

Assemble products, machines and technical installations
Perform mechanical and electrical assembly
Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams and work instructions
Install, adjust and inspect technical systems
Monitor the planning, progress and quality of your work
Keep the supervisor informed about progress
Work closely with project management, work preparation and other departments
Maintain 5S standards, order and cleanliness in the workplace
Identify and suggest improvements to processes and working methods

Client Description

Our client is a young and growing technical company specializing in the supply, assembly and packaging of high-quality metal products and technical systems.

The company works on a variety of machine-building and technical projects, with a strong focus on quality, precision and efficient working methods. As the organization continues to grow, they are looking for a motivated technician who can contribute to the further development of their assembly department.

You will work in a professional technical environment where teamwork, quality and continuous improvement are important.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of assembly and mechanical installation experience preferred
Technical education at MBO Level 2 or 3, or equivalent practical experience
Background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or a comparable field
Experience with mechanical assembly
Knowledge of pneumatics
Basic knowledge of electrical engineering or electronics
Good technical understanding and ability to read technical drawings
Experience using common hand tools and measuring equipment
Proactive and solution-oriented approach
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Flexible, cooperative and committed attitude
Good command of English
Dutch is an advantage

Offer

Salary of €2,700 – €3,000 gross per month
Single private room in shared accommodation
