Function Description

Are you an experienced welder looking to take your skills to the next level? As an Allround Welder, you’ll handle a variety of welding tasks using multiple techniques to assemble, fabricate, and finish metal components for innovative engineering projects. Your work will require adaptability, technical expertise, and a keen eye for quality.

Each day, you’ll interpret technical drawings, set up modern welding equipment, and perform welding operations using TIG, MIG, MAG, or other relevant methods. You’ll collaborate closely with an international team, contributing your knowledge while learning from others. Maintaining a safe, organized workspace and performing quality checks will be a routine part of your job.

Requirements

MBO working and thinking level (technical education preferred)
1 to 2 years of experience as a welder, with proficiency in various welding methods (TIG, MIG, MAG, etc.)
Junior career level – suitable for early-career professionals eager to learn
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong focus on safety, precision, and quality
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Adaptability and willingness to master new techniques
Legal right to work in the Netherlands
